 My address is wrong in the database. When I click to update it, it says that I am not the Primary member and cannot change this information. What does that mean, and how can I update my information?


Only Primary Members (the first member listed in each membership), can update the family address. Family Members can only change their names and emails. If you are the Primary Member and are being listed as a family member, contact the SFI Member Services HelpDesk with all of your membership information so they can correct your membership.
