 I look at my Member Eligibility and not all of my completed STARFLEET Academy courses are there. Why not?

Solution

Completed courses are entered by the Course Directors themselves. If a recently-completed course is still not listed, please send an email to that specific Course Director. If you are looking for a course which you completed some time ago, then contact the SFI Member Services HelpDesk and advise them of your SCC number and course information.
