 It’s been two months since I submitted my membership application. I haven’t received my membership materials yet. What should I do?


Contact the SFI Member Services HelpDesk. Provide them with the date when you submitted your membership, how you submitted your membership (online or mailed application), and your mailing address. They will work with you and Membership Processing to get your materials to you.
