What's the status of my STARFLEET Membership?

Memberships are processed usually within within 14 days but may be sooner. Please ensure during your registration that you include, DOB and unique email. Please ensure for Family Memberships, you include DOB for every member including individual unique emails. If you use Gmail, you can ad a plus one. example: me@gmail.com/me+1@gmail.com/me+2@gmail.com. If you do not receive a reply to your membership after 14 days, please reach out to the help desk.
