What's the status of my STARFLEET Membership?
Memberships are processed usually within 24 hours, however can take up to 48. Please ensure during your registration that you include, DOB and unique email. Please ensure for Family Memberships, you include DOB for every member including individual unique emails. If you use Gmail, you can ad a plus one. example: me@gmail.com/me+1@gmail.com/me+2@gmail.com. If you do not receive a reply to your membership after 2 or 3 days, please reach out to the help desk.
