 What's the status of my STARFLEET Membership?

Solution

Memberships are released once per week on Saturday mornings by our Membership Processing and Finance Teams. Depending on when you do your renewal in relation to this processing cutoff time, will determine the turn around time for your membership to be registered as "Active" again in the STARFLEET Database. If you have a specific question about your membership application, you may contact Membership Processing at membership@sfi.org.
