 What methods are available for getting assistance with a STARFLEET-related problem?


Several methods are available for receiving help with whatever problem you might have within STARFLEET. The SFI Member Services HelpDesk is available for you to use to submit a ticket for assistance. The Helpdesk is also available via telephone using SFI’s current toll free number 888-734-8735 and choosing extension 1. And finally, you can email the Helpdesk directly at helpdesk@sfi.org
